The research group of Dr. Michal Kolář at the Department of Physical Chemistry, University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague, Czechia seeks for motivated undergraduate students, who are interested in computations and biomolecules. There are number of projects for Bachelor's or Master's theses. We will teach you all necessary skills, including programming, data analysis, and research presentation. - dynamics of various parts of the mitochondrial ribosome
- recognition of tRNA under non-standards circumstances
- evolution of protein–RNA intractions
